RareJob is a fair company, I just wish they would give their tutors a higher pay per hour. You mostly teach Japanese, but sometimes there are Chinese and Korean students. Knowing how to speak Japanese is a plus. It is difficult for me to be talking continuously for 8 hours a day, so the job being flexible is a plus.
