I typically use a 12 point font.this is etched in my head from writing residential rental lease agreements (law in NJ, last I checked).for construction contracts, we MUST use a (minimum) 10-point bold font for the 3-day cancel businessI just do the whole thing in 12 pt, bold as needed/desired.
